Invitation and Call for Papers

4th (Hybrid) Research Symposium of the PBS‐Europe Network as part of the European ProSchool Conference at the University of Jyväskylä (Finland) November 3 rd – 4 th, 2022

Dear colleagues in the field of Positive Behavior Support (PBS), On behalf of the organizing team, we would like to invite you to join us for the 4th (Hybrid) Research Symposium of the PBS‐Europe Network, which will be held at the University of Jyväskylä (Finland). Due to the current situation, you can participate (and present your research) in person or online. With this 4th Research Symposium, we aim to focus on the current state of research (e.g., recent evaluation results, methodological issues) in the field of PBS
taking place across Europe and elsewhere. The Research Symposium takes place on the 3rd and 4 th of November 2022 as part of the European ProSchool Conference at the University of Jyväskylä (Finland).

Conference details
The aim of the conference is to facilitate an exchange of practitioners and scientists from European countries. The conference will include contributions in English (keynote presentation, panel discussion, roundtable discussion, etc.) and workshops in Finish.

The 4th (Hybrid) Research Symposium of the PBS Europe Network will be a designated strand of the conference and intends to give researchers from Europe the opportunity to network and to present their research in the field of PBS. The symposium will be held in English and includes paper presentations with moderated discussions as well as a poster session. No registration fee will be charged.

Registration for the research symposium and deadline for submissions
Deadline for abstract submissions is October 17 th , 2022. Please use the pdf‐form attached and send it to: pbs‐

You will receive an email by October 21 st , 2022, regarding the decision on your proposal. Attendees can register via email using the pdf‐form until 24th October 2022. Please indicate if you plan to attend the Research Symposium in person or online.
